Year 6 Camp - Monday 9th March
We won’t let anyone down, we stand up and stomp the ground. Extreme team is the best! North, East, South and West!! That was just one of the amazing chants we created at camp.
Camp was a great experience for many year sixes. It motivated us to try many new things and give everything a go, even if we were terrified to do it. Lots of activities at camp involved teamwork, so we all learnt how to cooperate as a team.
One of the activities at camp was the climbing wall. This activity pushed most of us out of our comfort zone to get to the top. Another activity we did was horse riding. In this activity we got to ride a horse by ourself and we got to lead the horses too, it was quite terrifying for most of us. For one day each group got to go to Survival Camp. We got to walk there and find our own way. We all loved survival...Thankfully we all did survive. It was a great opportunity to do things mum would never let us do like go on a mudslide. Camp was an amazing experience.
